Adriene offers a strengths-based, collaborative, and casual approach to helping clients discover and live the lives they desire based on their chosen goals and aspirations. She uses an integrative therapeutic approach to include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples.

Adriene earned her Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of Memphis. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) designation in the state of Tennessee.

Adriene is passionate about helping others discover and achieve balanced, fulfilling lives. Having the belief that strong communities and families are made possible through healthy relationships, Adriene is also passionate about helping others to develop relationships rooted in trusting, secure connections.
